- Namibia is divided into 14 regions, each of which is further divided into constituencies. The regions are the country's first-level administrative divisions, and they are responsible for implementing policies and providing public services in their respective areas.
- 14 regions of Namibia are: Zambezi, Erongo, Otjozondjupa, Oshikoto, Khomas, Oshana, Ohangwena, Kavango East, Kavango West, Kunene, Omusati, Omaheke, Hardap, and Karas.
